Felicia's Journey
NFTS Production design workshop
Felicia's Room
Felicia rests in bed after her abortion, drinking the drugged ovaltine while Hilditch explains he will kill her, like the other girls, to keep her forever.
This is the room Hilditch prepared for his companion, and it's an altar for the female figure and "mother" love he's been craving for, for so long.
This room is the copy of Ada's (Hilditch's fictional wife) room.
Ada's room is the preserved room of Joseph Hilditch's mother.
It has a strong 60s feel and reeks of nostalgia to bring Joseph Hilditch back to his bittersweet and safe childhood past.

Felicia's Room Plan
Felicia rests in bed after her abortion. Joseph Hilditch is seen crushing sleeping pills into Felicia's Ovaltine in the Kitchen, then brings her the valtine with some biscuits.
Felicia is buried deep within the room. The bed where she rests is in the back of the room, lit up by daylight from the windows around. She is to be illuminated like an altar. there's only one entrance/exit and its at the opposite end of the room. There's 2 room dividers to act as a second gateway
